Have You Ever Wondered Why a Judge Rules The Way He Does?
ve you ever, whether proceeding in Propria Persona, or represented by an attorney, wondered why the Judge ruled the way he did. Many times, the ruling will be so obviously against what the law states, but the Judge ruled that way anyway?
Well, if you are in Georgia, and in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, you have certainly had bad rulings. Especially, if you were Propria Persona, or going against a bank.
Once a judge is appointed to your case, we will do search on that particular judge. Find out all we can on their past rulings, and whether or not they regularly handle real estate matters. If it is available, we find out what the judges are invested in. Do they have investments in the bank you are fighting? Does their retirement accounts, involve banks, mutual funds that hold the banks? Do they have a mortgage with that bank?
Let’s look at N. D. Ga. Judge, Julie E. Carnes, for the year 2009 Financial Disclosure Report, filed May 2010. It is a matter of public record. I got it from: http://www.judicialwatch.org/judge/
On page 4 of 11, it reads like the investment page we would all love to have (NOTE: I am only showing the Banking and/or Mortgage investments, there are many more that are not banking/mortgage related:
